CVS pharmacies are a convenient one-stop-shop for prescriptions, groceries, souvenirs and more. You will find CVS on the Strip in three different locations, as well as several other stores like it that are nearby and easy to find. 

CVS Store Services 

While not every CVS pharmacy location will offer all services, most will include several listed below. If you need something specific, be sure to look at other Strip CVS locations we’ve featured. The one closest to you may not offer everything you need, but there could be one close by that does.

Open 24 Hours: All but one of the CVS stores on or near the Las Vegas Strip is open 24 hours. This means you can shop for the items you need at any time of the day or night. You can grab groceries like bottled water, personal care items and prescriptions. Plus, most CVS locations also sell souvenirs and collectibles.

Pharmacy: The only location on our list that does not have a pharmacy is the one located at Treasure Island. All other sites offer pharmacy service, but their hours will differ. Be sure to call ahead and verify those before stopping in to pick up a prescription. As part of their pharmacy service, you can also access your vaccine records, which is handy if you need them while traveling.

MinuteClinic(R)/HealthHUB: Some CVS pharmacies also include a MinuteClinic(R) or HealthHUB that provides affordable healthcare in-store or via telehealth appointments. While both clinics can provide the flu shot, COVID vaccines and care for acute or chronic illnesses, locations that include a HealthHUB will also stock a much more comprehensive array of wellness products.

ExtraCare Rewards: CVS stores offer a rewards program for loyal shoppers. You can receive ExtraBucks Rewards based on your purchases. There are also special discounts, savings and even extra rewards for your birthday. 

UPS Access Point: Some locations also serve as a UPS Access Point. You can drop off packages that already have a shipping label and pick up any UPS deliveries you may need to receive while on vacation.

Money Services: Las Vegas CVS pharmacy stores offer Allpoint+ ATMs. Many users with a US bank account and card are not charged a fee to use these machines but will alert you if they do at the time of use. Most stores also provide MoneyGram money transfer services.

If you’re staying in this area, the most convenient 24-hour CVS on the Strip is right in front of Park MGM, on the west side of South Las Vegas Boulevard. Out of the three locations on the Strip itself, this one also offers the most services. In addition to the pharmacy, you’ll find food, drinks, some personal care items, souvenirs and even liquor products. Among the services offered, you will find the ones below.

2. Closest Off-Strip Location near Planet Hollywood

If you head east on Harmon and make a left on Paradise Road, you’ll find another 24-hour CVS pharmacy located in a shopping plaza on the right. Harmon is just south of Planet Hollywood on Las Vegas Boulevard. This is a relatively small store but a great option for a less busy shopping experience.

The Middle Strip

This section of the Las Vegas Strip is home to The Venetian Resort, Caesars Palace, Paris Las Vegas and many more luxury hotel-casinos. Being centrally located means having convenient access to attractions, restaurants and shopping. There are two CVS pharmacies here.

While there’s no UPS Access Point or photo service at this 24-hour location, it’s pretty large and offers a wide array of groceries, personal care items and souvenirs. This is perfect for those who forgot a few things or planned on stocking up their room or suite for their stay. It’s easy to find and one of the most popular CVS locations on the Strip.

4. At Treasure Island

This particular CVS on the Strip is at Treasure Island. Not only can you access this store from South Las Vegas Boulevard, but you can also access it through the casino. The entrance is near the sportsbook. This makes it a convenient stop for guests to grab what they need on their way in or out. You won’t find a pharmacy here, but it offers plenty of shopping.

5. Closest Off-Strip Location near Westin Las Vegas

If you have more shopping to do, you can always head to Target. There you can grab even more essentials like bottled water, clothing, baby care items, and tech accessories. Because this store is off the Las Vegas Strip, prices will be a little lower, and the CVS pharmacy located inside allows you to get everything you need in one stop.

The North Strip

The north Las Vegas Strip is not as densely packed with resorts and shopping. While you will find Wynn Las Vegas and Encore at Wynn as well as Circus Circus and The STRAT, you won’t find many on-Strip shopping options. However, there are two CVS store locations nearby.

Head east on Sahara Ave, make a right on Maryland Pkwy, and then another right onto E Karen Ave. This Las Vegas CVS pharmacy is located in the Sunrise City Plaza. The pharmacy location is not open 24 hours. Still, they do have a drive-thru, giving customers a very convenient visit, if they are already in this area to try out Escapology Escape Rooms or one of the many restaurants.

7. West of the Strip

Even though this Las Vegas CVS pharmacy is several blocks away, it’s very easy to find. If you’re staying on the west side of South Las Vegas Boulevard, on the same side as The STRAT, you’ll follow Sahara Avenue westward to Valley View. Make a right, and it’s located on the right, behind the Office Depot. Sahara Ave is just south of the SAHARA Las Vegas Hotel. This location offers all services.

When it comes to finding supplies on the Strip, CVS locations are plentiful. There are also other pharmacy locations on the Strip if a CVS isn’t in range, such as Walgreens.
