As the newest resort to grace Las Vegas and the latest downtown hotel-casino since the 80s, the Circa is on the cutting edge of luxury and technology while honoring Las Vegas’ past in both history and style. The 777-room adults-only resort fully opened in 2020 with a vision for the “best of yesterday, the energy of today, and all the possibilities of tomorrow.”
The vintage Vegas vibe is felt throughout the resort, from Vegas Vickie’s lobby bar where the iconic Vickie neon sign has taken up residence to the pinup girl wallpaper in the spacious, next-level bathrooms of every guest room and suite. Touchscreen panels and in-room tablets allow guests more control over their experience. The old and new blend perfectly together in both style and innovation.
Three standard rooms are available at the Circa: Single King, Double King, and Flex King. The Flex King features a king-sized bed and convertible sofa that allows you to maximize your space. Suites range from the Circa Suite, ideal for solo travelers and couples, to the bunk suite that sleeps eight adults to the expansive two-bedroom Founder’s Suite. There is an accommodation at the Circa to fit every need.

More Vegas hotels with Two Bedroom Suites.Circa Resort is a New Hotel on the Strip
- As the newest resort in Las Vegas, the Circa offers their guests modern technology, inside and out, while paying homage to the city’s past.
The Circa opened its doors in 2020, making it the newest hotel-casino in Las Vegas. It is also the first new hotel to grace the downtown area since 1980. The Stevens brothers behind the Circa aimed to give the new property the “best of yesterday, the energy of today, and all the possibilities of tomorrow.” They succeeded by incorporating nods to Las Vegas’ past, retro-contemporary decor, and the latest technology.
The Circa is no small property with 35 floors and 777 rooms and suites. It occupies the space of three demolished properties that allowed room for new construction — the Las Vegas Club Hotel & Casino, the Mermaid Casino, and the Glitter Gulch. The Stevens brothers pay homage to the property’s past by bringing “Vegas Vickie” indoors to the Circa’s lobby. This famous neon sign is easily recognizable for many of the resort’s guests.
The Circa’s Stadium Swim amphitheater pool is a unique addition to Las Vegas. It features a 40-foot tall HD screen that features sports games and statistics from around the country. In front of it, there are six temperature-controlled pools, over 300 chaise lounges, plus private cabanas and daybeds.
Head inside for more modern technology with the largest sportsbook in the world. The three-story arena can be viewed from any casino floor. Guest rooms and suites also feature in-room tablets from which they can adjust their climate control, request housekeeping, or even make table reservations at on-site restaurants and bars.

On-site, you’ll find several bars and restaurants to match your hunger and mood. The classic steakhouse, Barry’s Downtown Prime, is perfect for an upscale dinner, while Victory Burger & Wings Co. is the sports bar every fan dreams of. Sports fans should head outside to Stadium Swim, where a rotation of the days sporting events or major games are featured on a 143-foot HD screen in front of tiered levels of pools, loungers, daybeds, cabanas, and swim-up bars.
If you’d rather watch your sports indoors, the Circa is home to the largest sportsbook in the world. At three stories tall, even players from the two-level casino floor can keep track of their favorite teams. The casino floor is home to all your favorites, as well as electronic table games and high-limit slots. Not every Las Vegas casino feels the same, and Circa has elevated theirs to an upbeat, high-energy experience.
Even the parking garage is high-energy. Neon lights, artwork, and music make Garage Mahal the place you want to park, meet your rideshare, or grab your shuttle or limo service. The Circa is a unique and vibrant experience in Las Vegas, and there’s nothing else quite like it.
